— The experience

Real bowling feel, zero waiting.

Not a screen, not a simulator — two proper bowling lanes with real balls and real pins, sized right for kids and first-timers. Roll it down the lane, watch the pins scatter, and chase that first strike.

No special shoes required and no experience needed, which makes this one of the easiest activities to get a whole group into. Lighter balls are available for younger players. Up to 6 can play across the two lanes, so it works just as well for a family of four as it does for a birthday group taking turns between rounds.

Bowling is included in your play pass — no separate charge, no per-game payment.

— Why it hits different

Four things that make it satisfying.

01

Real lanes, real pins

No screen between you and the pins — the ball you roll is the ball that hits, and small changes in speed and line produce genuinely different results.

Strikes that feel earned

Pocket the ball perfectly into the 1–3 pin gap and the whole rack goes down — the satisfying clatter that keeps you coming back for one more frame.

— Before you play

Safety & suitability.

Bowling is one of our most accessible experiences. A few quick checks keep everyone comfortable and the lane running smoothly.

  • Keep loose items secured — remove rings and bracelets before you bowl so they don't slip off with the ball.
  • If you have a wrist, shoulder or back injury, start with a lighter ball and stop if you feel discomfort.
  • Players should be able to hold and roll the ball comfortably — lighter balls are available; any height guidance is signposted at the lane.
  • Allow a moment for the crew to show first-timers how to hold and roll the ball before starting.
  • Crew can pause a game at any time — wave if you need help or want to restart.
— Good to know

Frequently asked.

Do I need special shoes?

No — no bowling shoes, no rental counter, no gear. Come as you are, pick a ball and play. That's a big part of what makes it so easy for a whole group to jump in.

Do I need to know how to bowl?

No prior experience needed. The lanes are sized for kids and first-timers, and lighter balls take the strain out of the release — anyone can pick it up in minutes. That said, aiming and speed control are still real skills that reward practice.

Can we play as a group?

Yes — up to 6 can play across the two lanes, taking turns between frames. Groups can also rotate in for a round-robin tournament — great for birthday parties or team days.

How long does a game take?

Game length depends on the format and your group's pace — crew at the lane can walk you through it before your first round. You can play as many games as you like during your 2-hour PLAYON session.

Is it suitable for young children?

Yes — the lanes are sized with kids in mind and lighter balls are available for smaller hands; any height guidance is signposted at the lane. It's a great activity for family groups because rolling a ball is easy to learn regardless of age.
