A straightforward process, with full payment required to secure the booking.

Contact us at least 2 weeks before your preferred event date with your group size and selected package.

We check the slot, review your requirements and send a formal quotation.

Confirm & pay
Return the accepted quotation and arrange full payment to secure the event slot.

Finalise
We close the final headcount, waivers, activity arrangements and agreed add-ons.
Payment: bank transfer or PayNow. The booking is confirmed only after full payment has been received.

Participant waiver
A completed PLAYON Waiver and Indemnity Agreement is required for every participant before the visit.
Guests added after payment
Attendance above the prepaid number will be reconciled and billed separately.
Activity suitability
Tell us in advance about pregnancy, casts, medical concerns or mobility restrictions.
Who is included
Company coordinators, committee members and accompanying personnel form part of the chargeable group.
Allow time for approval
Confirm early enough for internal approval and payment to clear before the two-week deadline.
Non-attendance
Reserved places not used cannot be refunded, credited or reassigned.

How many people do we need to book?
Minimum booking is 15 participants, and groups of 12-14 may book at the 15-pax minimum rate. Standard packages comfortably host 15-100 pax; for larger groups or exclusive arrangements, ask about PLAYON Signature.
What's the difference between PLAYON Social and the Champions Challenge?
PLAYON Social is a 2-hour self-directed outing with an exclusive party room - your team plays at its own pace. The Champions Challenge is a 3-hour facilitated programme with team allocation, station rotation, scorekeeping, a final team challenge and a trophy presentation, plus 30 minutes of independent play.
How much do corporate packages cost?
PLAYON Social is S$50/pax for 15-49 pax and S$40/pax for 50+ pax. The Champions Challenge is S$75/pax for 15-49 pax and S$60/pax for 50+ pax. Prices are in Singapore dollars, before prevailing GST, with a minimum booking of 15 participants. PLAYON Signature is custom-quoted based on your requirements.
What kinds of corporate events do you run?
Team bonding days, department socials, offsites, client events, staff rewards, D&D programmes and year-end celebrations. Choose PLAYON Social for a relaxed outing, the Champions Challenge for structured team building, or PLAYON Signature for a fully tailored event.
Can we book a weekday or after-work slot?
Yes - corporate events run 7 days a week, subject to availability. Weekday and after-work sessions are the most popular slots for companies.
Will we have the venue to ourselves?
Standard packages run during normal opening hours, so activity zones may also be used by other visitors - your party room stays exclusive to your group. Full or controlled-area exclusive use is available under PLAYON Signature and is separately quoted.
Can you cater for our group?
Yes. Catering can be coordinated through our appointed partners - buffet, bento or drinks packages set up in your party room. Tell us any dietary requirements in your enquiry.
Does everyone need to sign a waiver?
Yes. Every participant needs a valid Waiver and Indemnity Agreement before entering the play areas: each adult accepts it personally, and a parent or legal guardian accepts for each minor — organisers can't accept it on someone else's behalf. It's a short read-and-confirm step done online during booking, via the link in the booking confirmation, or at the venue, and stays valid for 12 months.
What should the team wear?
Comfortable casual clothing is best. Both standard packages include PLAYON grip socks for every participant, and sports shoes with socks are fine on the activity floor.
How far in advance should we book?
Enquire at least 2 weeks before your preferred date - and earlier for weekends and the year-end period, so there's time for internal approval and payment to clear.
How does payment and invoicing work?
We send a formal quotation, and the booking is confirmed once full payment is received by bank transfer or PayNow. Guests added after payment are reconciled and billed separately at the same per-person rate.
What if some of our group can't make it?
Billing follows the guaranteed minimum attendance or actual attendance, whichever is higher - reserved places that go unused cannot be refunded, credited or reassigned, so confirm your headcount carefully before payment.
