PlayOn Park Pte. Ltd. (UEN: 202609749H) — 1 Pasir Ris Close, Downtown East, #01-339/345/346/347, Singapore 519599

Effective 20 July 2026.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern purchases made from PlayOn Park Pte. Ltd. (UEN: 202609749H) ("PlayOn", "we", "us", "our") of tickets and services at the PlayOn play park at 1 Pasir Ris Close, Downtown East, #01-339/345/346/347, Singapore 519599. The terms relating to payment, refunds and bookings bind the purchaser. The Conditions of Entry, safety rules and attraction-specific notices apply to every person entering the Venue or participating in an Activity.

Purchasers must read these Terms before completing a purchase and must provide these Terms and the Conditions of Entry to all persons included in the booking before the visit. Each adult Participant remains responsible for reviewing the safety notices applicable to them. No purchaser is treated as waiving any claim on behalf of another adult; each adult Participant must accept the Waiver and Indemnity Agreement personally before entering the play areas, and for each Minor it must be accepted by the Minor's parent or legal guardian (see Section 9). You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking. An adult responsible for a Minor must decide whether the Minor is suitable to participate and supervise the Minor where required. A parent or legal guardian remains responsible for any decision requiring parental or guardian consent.

1. Definitions

"Venue" means the PlayOn premises at Downtown East, Pasir Ris. "Facilities" means all recreational facilities and equipment at the Venue, including digital and interactive sports simulators, VR and AR attractions and motion platforms, racing and riding simulators, shooting and aim games, arcade machines, active play zones and party rooms. "Activities" means the use of any Facilities and any activities at the Venue, including any events, classes, parties or programmes. "Participant" means any person taking part in the Activities. "Minor" means a Participant under 18 years of age. "Session" means the timed entry period stated on your ticket. "Conditions of Entry" means the venue rules, safety requirements and notices displayed at the Venue or otherwise communicated to visitors. "You" means the purchaser and, where the context relates to participation or conduct at the Venue, an adult Participant; references to a person in your care include a Minor whom you are responsible for supervising.

2. Recreational Activity Risks

Participation involves ordinary risks associated with physical movement, interactive games and the use of recreational equipment. These may include slips, trips, falls, minor collisions, loss of balance, muscle strain, bruising or discomfort. Serious injuries can also occur, including cuts, fractures, head, neck or spinal injuries, concussion, heart attack, heat exhaustion, permanent disability or even death. The likelihood and seriousness of injury may increase if a Participant does not follow safety instructions, uses equipment improperly or participates beyond their own ability.

VR, AR and motion-based attractions may cause temporary dizziness, nausea, disorientation, eye strain or loss of balance. Flashing images may affect persons with photosensitivity. Because VR headsets obstruct your view of your surroundings, take care to stay within the marked play area. Stop immediately and inform our staff if you feel unwell. Attraction-specific warnings are displayed at the relevant attractions and must be observed.

3. Acknowledgement of Recreational Risks

The recreational risks described above are communicated through these Terms, the Conditions of Entry and attraction-specific notices. Participants must read and follow the warnings and instructions made available to them. Participation involves acceptance of the ordinary risks inherent in recreational activity that remain even when reasonable care and skill are exercised. This does not extend to risks arising from PlayOn's negligence or breach of duty.

4. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts PlayOn's liability for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted (including under the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977).

Subject to the foregoing, neither PlayOn nor its directors, employees or agents shall be liable for injury, loss or damage to the extent that it arises solely from: (a) the ordinary risks inherent in an Activity; (b) a Participant's failure to follow safety instructions, signage or staff directions; or (c) the acts or omissions of another Participant or third party not under PlayOn's control. Subject to the first paragraph of this Section, PlayOn is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as travel or accommodation costs, arising from cancellation or unavailability of the Facilities.

5. Children and Supervision

PlayOn is not a childcare or drop-off facility. Children below 120cm in height, and all children under 8 years of age regardless of height, must be accompanied and actively supervised by a parent or responsible adult (18 years or above) at all times. Each accompanying adult must hold a valid ticket for the same Session. Parents and guardians remain responsible for actively supervising their children and for their children's conduct throughout the visit. PlayOn staff are present to operate the facility and assist guests, but they do not provide child supervision or babysitting services.

Children must otherwise be supervised in accordance with our posted age and supervision policy. A parent or guardian should explain the safety rules to a Minor in their care in an age-appropriate way. Individual attractions may carry minimum age, height or weight requirements displayed at the attraction, which must be observed. Adult supervision does not replace PlayOn's responsibility to maintain the Facilities and operate the Activities with reasonable care and skill.

6. Suitability and Wellbeing

You are responsible for assessing whether an Activity is suitable for you or a Minor in your care, having regard to the attraction-specific warnings and your health, mobility and abilities. Follow any restrictions displayed at the attraction. If you feel unwell, dizzy or uncomfortable, stop immediately and inform our staff.

7. Code of Conduct and Safety Rules

You and those in your care must:

  • comply with all signs, notices, directions, instructions and requests of PlayOn staff at all times;
  • Footwear: wear either (i) sports shoes together with socks, or (ii) socks with anti-slip grip soles (for example, if arriving in slippers or sandals); grip socks of any brand are accepted. Some attractions require shoes to be removed, and bare feet are not permitted for hygiene reasons, so socks must be worn at all times. Socks are available for purchase at the Venue;
  • wear any safety equipment we require, and use equipment only as intended and demonstrated;
  • not bring outside food or drinks into the Venue, and not smoke, vape or consume alcohol or drugs anywhere on the premises;
  • not enter the Venue under the influence of alcohol or drugs; and
  • not behave in a reckless, aggressive or unsafe manner, or interfere with other participants' use of the Facilities.

Refusal of entry and removal. PlayOn may, on reasonable grounds, refuse entry to or remove any person: (a) who breaches these Terms or the safety rules, behaves unsafely or presents a safety or security risk — in which case no refund is given; or (b) where entry must be refused or curtailed for reasons within PlayOn's control, such as equipment failure, overcrowding or other operational reasons — in which case no refund or credit is given. You are responsible for the reasonable cost of repairing damage to the Facilities or the Venue directly caused by your deliberate or reckless conduct, or such conduct by a Minor under your supervision, excluding ordinary wear and tear.

8. Emergency Assistance

In the event of an injury or medical emergency, PlayOn may take reasonable steps to protect the welfare of the affected person, including administering first aid and contacting emergency medical services. Any charges imposed directly by ambulance or medical service providers are the responsibility of the affected person or, for a Minor, their parent or legal guardian, except to the extent otherwise required by law.

9. Tickets, Passes and Admission

  • Tickets are valid only for the date and Session specified, remain the property of PlayOn, and — except as expressly stated for multi-visit passes below — cannot be transferred or resold. Tickets are void if tampered with.
  • You must present a valid ticket (printed or on a mobile device) on arrival. Entry may be refused without a valid ticket.
  • Sessions start and end at the stated times. Late arrival does not extend your Session, and no refund or credit is given for late arrival or early departure.
  • Waiver and Indemnity Agreement. Every Participant must have a valid Waiver and Indemnity Agreement before entering the play areas: each adult accepts it personally (online during booking, via the link in the booking confirmation, or at the venue), and for each Minor it is accepted by the Minor's parent or legal guardian. Acceptance is a short read-and-confirm step and is valid for twelve (12) months, unless PlayOn introduces a material change to the Activities, the safety requirements or the form itself, in which case a new acceptance may be required before further participation. Entry will be refused, without refund, to any Participant who chooses not to complete it after a reasonable opportunity to do so; if a Participant is unable to complete it because of a failure in PlayOn's systems, no refund or credit is given. The Waiver and Indemnity Agreement supplements these Terms; in the event of any inconsistency, these Terms prevail in relation to refunds and cancellation, and nothing in either document excludes or restricts liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
  • Multi-visit passes (PlayPass). Each PlayPass entitles the holder to the stated number of Sessions and is valid for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. Redemptions may be shared among family and friends nominated by the purchaser, but the PlayPass and its redemptions may not be sold, exchanged for value or used commercially. Each redemption counts as one Session for one guest. Unused redemptions are not refundable and expire at the end of the validity period.
  • Bundles. Family Bundle and other bundled tickets are valid for the guests and Session booked; bundles cannot be split across different dates unless stated at purchase, and no refund or credit is given for unused places within a bundle.
  • Party, school and group bookings. Bookings for parties, school trips, corporate and other group events are subject to additional written terms provided at the time of booking. Those additional terms prevail over these Terms only in relation to pricing, deposits, minimum numbers, rescheduling and cancellation; they do not override Sections 2 to 8, any non-excludable rights or liabilities, or any stricter attraction-specific safety requirement. Where a group includes minors, the organiser is responsible for obtaining any required permissions from each minor's parent or legal guardian; group leaders and teachers cannot give publicity-photo consent on a parent's behalf, cannot complete the Waiver and Indemnity Agreement on behalf of other adults, and each Minor in the group must be covered by a verifiable acceptance completed by that Minor's parent or legal guardian.

10. Ordering, Confirmation and Payment

You may offer to purchase products described on our website at the price specified. Your order must contain the ordering information requested (personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy). Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider (Stripe). Acceptance of these Terms is recorded at checkout together with the Terms version, your order reference and a timestamp.

When you submit an order, you will receive an automatic acknowledgement email; this acknowledges receipt of your order but is not acceptance. The purchase contract is formed when we issue your booking confirmation. You may not withdraw your order once it has been submitted. If we decline your order for any reason, no refund or credit is given. Once the booking confirmation has been issued, the refund policy in Section 12 applies. If you do not receive a booking confirmation within two business days, please contact us before attending. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your order.

For purchases made by telephone or at the Venue, these Terms, the Conditions of Entry and the Waiver and Indemnity Agreement will be made available before payment or admission, as applicable. Each adult Participant must complete their own Waiver and Indemnity Agreement, and each Minor must be covered by an acceptance completed by the Minor's parent or legal guardian. Provisions specific only to website purchases do not apply.

11. Pricing

All prices are displayed and payable in Singapore Dollars (SGD), inclusive of GST at the prevailing rate, and are the prices that apply on the date of your order, subject to any discounts offered at the point of purchase.

12. Refunds, Rescheduling and Cancellation

Change of mind. All tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable. No refunds or credits are given for change of mind, late arrival, early departure, or any other reason not expressly stated in this Section. Once a booking confirmation has been issued, your booking cannot be cancelled by you for a refund, even if you decide not to use the tickets.

Cancellation by PlayOn. If PlayOn cancels a Session — whether due to unexpected venue closure, damage to the Facilities, staffing or other operational reasons, or events beyond our reasonable control — no refund, credit or rescheduling is given. Subject to Section 4, PlayOn is not liable for indirect losses (such as travel costs) in connection with such cancellation.

Errors. If a product was listed at an obviously incorrect price or with materially incorrect information due to an error, PlayOn may cancel the transaction, even after confirmation. No refund or credit is given.

13. Personal Property

You must look after your own belongings at the Venue. Items such as phones and cameras may be damaged if used during the Activities. Subject to Section 4, PlayOn is not liable for loss of or damage to your personal property, including items left in lockers or on the premises, except to the extent caused by our negligence.

14. CCTV, Photography and Personal Data

CCTV. CCTV operates at the Venue for the safety and security of visitors and staff and the protection of property. Signage is displayed at entrances. Footage is retained for a limited period and may be disclosed to the authorities where required for investigations. Our handling of CCTV footage and other personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Photography by visitors. Other visitors may take photos or videos at the Venue. Visitors must be considerate when photographing or filming: photography that harasses others, targets children who are not in the photographer's care, or is conducted for commercial purposes without PlayOn's prior consent is not permitted, and PlayOn reserves the right to require it to stop and to remove persons who refuse. If you have a concern about being filmed by another visitor, please alert our staff, who will take reasonable steps to assist.

Personal data. PlayOn collects, uses and discloses personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which should be read together with these Terms. Consents that the law requires to be given separately (such as marketing or publicity photo consent) are collected separately and are never a condition of entry.

15. Website Terms of Use

The website playon.com.sg is provided by PlayOn Park Pte. Ltd. Copyright in the website and all content on it (including service descriptions, photographs and logos) is owned by PlayOn or its licensors. You may share our content for non-commercial personal purposes (for example, on your personal social media), provided you do not reproduce substantial portions of the website or remove any trademarks or notices; any other use, copying, modification or distribution requires our written consent. 16. Payment Security

Payments on our website are processed by a third-party payment provider (Stripe) over a secure, encrypted connection; PlayOn does not store your full card details. We take reasonable and appropriate measures, consistent with our obligations under the PDPA, to protect information transmitted to us. Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts any liability of PlayOn that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

17. General

  • Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time, including to comply with applicable legislation, provided this does not materially affect the nature of products already purchased. The version in force is the one published on our website at the time of your order.
  • Failure to enforce. No failure or delay by PlayOn in exercising any right, power or remedy under these Terms operates as a waiver of it, and no single or partial exercise precludes any further exercise or the exercise of any other right, power or remedy.
  • Severability. Any provision held to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable is ineffective only to the extent of that illegality, invalidity or unenforceability, without affecting the remaining provisions, and is deemed amended as necessary to give effect as closely as possible to its intent.
  • Third-party rights. PlayOn's directors, employees and agents may rely on and enforce the protections given to them under these Terms in accordance with the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001. Subject to the foregoing, a person who is not a party to these Terms has no right under that Act to enforce any of these Terms.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising in connection with them.
