— The experience

Part workout, part competition, all satisfying.

Dynamic Boxing pairs the raw satisfaction of landing a solid punch with the precision of a scored game. Sensor pads embedded across the dummy light up in rapid sequence — your job is to strike each target as quickly and cleanly as possible before the next one fires.

Every hit registers instantly. A live score tracks your speed and accuracy together, so a fast sloppy swing won't beat a perfectly timed clean strike. The system rewards the kind of focused, coordinated effort that athletes train for — but packaged in a format anyone can step into and immediately understand.

Whether you're chasing a personal best, trying to beat a friend's score on the leaderboard, or simply working through a rough day with your fists, the session scales to your output. Hit harder, hit faster, hit more precisely — the machine keeps up.

Four reasons every punch counts.

01

Sensor-scored precision

Each target pad reads the speed and accuracy of your strike independently — you can't pad your score with wild swings. Clean hits win.

Safety & suitability.

Dynamic Boxing is a high-energy physical activity. Take a moment to warm up your wrists and shoulders, and follow the crew's guidance before your session starts.

  • Not recommended if you have wrist, elbow, shoulder or back injuries — the striking motion puts direct load on these joints.
  • Not advised if you are pregnant or have a heart condition — this is a vigorous cardio activity.
  • Remove rings, watches and sharp jewellery before striking. Gloves or wraps are encouraged if available.
  • Minimum recommended age and height are signposted at the zone entrance — crew there can confirm before you start.
  • Stop immediately if you feel pain or dizziness — crew is on hand and can assist at any time.
  • Arrive at the zone a few minutes early to stretch and review the on-screen instructions before your round begins.
— Good to know

Frequently asked.

Do I need boxing experience to play?

Not at all. The sensor targets simply light up and you hit them — there's no technique requirement. Beginners score just as much fun as trained boxers, and the system rewards timing and accuracy, not form.

How is the score calculated?

Each lit target registers both the speed of your strike and how accurately it lands on the sensor pad. The two components combine into a round score, which posts to the leaderboard after your session ends.

Can I play multiple rounds in one visit?

Yes — Dynamic Boxing is included with your PLAYON pass, so you can return to the zone and play as many rounds as you like within your pass duration, subject to queue availability.

Is it suitable for kids?

Children who meet the age and height requirements signposted at the zone entrance can participate. The target heights are adjustable, and the system works well for younger players in supervised sessions.

Should I bring boxing gloves?

Gloves or hand wraps are recommended to protect your knuckles during longer sessions, but bare-handed play is permitted. Ask the zone crew about available hand protection at the venue.
