Safety & suitability.
Football Field is a physical, competitive activity. Follow the guidelines below to keep every match safe and enjoyable for all players.
- Wear grip socks on the pitch — bare feet are not permitted.
- Not recommended if you have acute knee, ankle or cardiovascular conditions. Consult your doctor if unsure.
- Remove jewellery, watches and sharp accessories before play to protect yourself and other players.
- Play is expected to be fair and respectful — dangerous tackles and rough play result in immediate removal.
- Children under 8 or under 120cm may participate with guardian supervision; any recommended minimum age is signposted at the zone entrance.
- Arrive a few minutes early for the rules brief and warm-up stretch before the match starts.

Do I need to know how to play football?
Not at all. The 3v3 format is simple to pick up — kick the ball, score goals, stop the other team from scoring. Staff give a quick briefing before each match and the rules are easy to follow from the first minute.
What if our group has more than six people?
Groups larger than six can rotate players in between matches or run a mini-tournament bracket. Speak to our staff when you arrive and they'll help organise the best format for your group size.
What should we wear on our feet?
Everyone plays in grip socks on the pitch — comfortable sportswear plus a pair of grip socks is all you need. Bare feet are not permitted on the pitch surface.
Is this good for corporate team building?
Yes — the Football Field is one of our most popular team-building bookings. The 3v3 format naturally builds communication and trust, and the competitive element keeps energy high throughout the session.
How long does a match last?
Match duration can be adjusted by staff based on group size and energy levels, so ask when you check in.
