The Party Assistant does not host or emcee the party. The assistant accompanies your group and provides individual guidance on the use of VR, XR, simulators and other PLAYON experiences.
Important noteThe Party Assistant provides equipment and activity guidance only and does not provide childcare, babysitting or custodial supervision. Parents or guardians remain responsible for supervising children throughout the visit.

How many guests are included in each package?
Party 10 includes 10 children and 2 adults for 2.5 hours. Party 20 includes 20 children and 4 adults for 3 hours. Additional guests are S$60 per person.
What does the party package include?
Both packages include play-all-you-can access to available PLAYON attractions, an exclusive party room with pool table, a dedicated party assistant, casual event photos shared to WhatsApp, bottled water for every included guest and return-visit vouchers.
Does the Party Assistant host or emcee the party?
No. The Party Assistant accompanies your group and provides individual guidance on using VR, XR, simulators and other PLAYON experiences - they don't run games or emcee the celebration.
Is childcare or supervision provided?
No. The Party Assistant provides equipment and activity guidance only and does not provide childcare, babysitting or custodial supervision. Parents or guardians remain responsible for supervising children throughout the visit.
Can we personalise the party?
Yes - add a customised party theme with personalised styling and party-area decoration for +S$200. Tell us what you have in mind when you book.
Does everyone need to sign a waiver?
Yes. Every participant needs a valid Waiver and Indemnity Agreement before entering the play areas: each adult accepts it personally, and a parent or legal guardian accepts for each minor — the organiser can't accept it on someone else's behalf. It's a short read-and-confirm step done online during booking, via the link in the booking confirmation, or at the venue, and stays valid for 12 months.
What should guests wear?
Comfortable casual clothing is best. Sports shoes with socks are fine on the activity floor, or grip socks of any brand (sold on-site) for anyone arriving in slippers or sandals - remind guests in advance.
