Before your visit

School trips run Monday to Friday and are confirmed in advance - here's what to prepare once your date is locked in.

Confirm your date
Pick a weekday and confirm the visit with our team in advance, then share your final headcount about a week before the trip.

Collect student waivers
Every student needs a waiver accepted by a parent or legal guardian before play. We'll send the link so the school can circulate it to parents ahead of the visit.

Pack sports shoes
All participating students and adults must wear sports shoes - please remind the class in advance.

Nominate a WhatsApp contact
Tell us one authorised contact who will receive the complimentary digital photos after the trip.

How much does a school trip cost?
S$25 nett per participating student, with a minimum of 15 paying students. One accompanying adult enters free for every five paying students, and additional adults are S$25 each. There are no other charges - the guide, private room, photos and keepsakes are all included.
How many students can you host?
From 15 paying students upwards - there's no fixed upper limit. Larger cohorts are split across zones with staggered, guided rotations and follow the same S$25 nett rate. Share your headcount and we'll plan around it.
How long is the visit?
2.5 hours, with arrival and registration time included - so younger groups can settle in comfortably before play starts.
When can we visit?
School trips run Monday to Friday and must be confirmed in advance. Term-time weekdays are usually the quietest slots on the floor.
What year levels are school trips suitable for?
From primary through to secondary and tertiary groups. We match the experiences and motion intensity to the year level and adjust the rotation accordingly.
What supervision is provided on the day?
A dedicated PLAYON guide manages the activities and equipment throughout the visit. Schools should bring at least one teacher or guardian for every five students, and accompanying adults remain responsible for the students.
Is the venue safe and fully indoors?
Yes. PLAYON is a fully indoor, climate-controlled venue at Downtown East, so trips run rain or shine with no weather backup plan needed.
Do students need to sign a waiver?
Yes. Every student needs a valid Waiver and Indemnity Agreement accepted by their parent or legal guardian before entering the play areas — teachers and group leaders cannot accept it on a student's behalf. It's a short read-and-confirm step parents can complete via the link in the booking confirmation before the visit, or at the venue, and it stays valid for 12 months.
What should students wear?
Comfortable clothing, and sports shoes for everyone taking part - all participating students and adults must wear sports shoes, so please remind the class in advance.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend enquiring 3-4 weeks ahead, and earlier around peak excursion periods and school holidays when weekday slots fill quickly. Final headcount is due about a week before the trip.
How does payment and invoicing work for schools?
Your confirmation will set out the total, payment schedule and terms. We can accommodate school invoicing arrangements - just mention your requirements in the enquiry.
What is the cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Cancellation and rescheduling terms depend on the confirmed date and group size. Our team will set the policy out clearly in your confirmation before payment.
