One 2-hour session per entry
Each ticket gets you one 2-hour open-play session. Want to come back the same day? Book another slot — subject to availability.
What counts as Peak?
Peak rates apply on weekends, Singapore public holidays, and during gazetted school holidays. All other days are weekday rate.
Who the 1 Adult + 1 Child bundle covers
The bundle admits one adult and one child who is either under 8 years old or under 120cm tall — meeting just one of those is enough. We check at the door: only if the child is 8 or older AND 120cm or taller does the bundle not apply, and the party buys single tickets for that session instead. Children under 4 don't need a ticket at all — they enter free with a paying adult, so a single adult ticket is the cheaper choice for them.
PlayPass is shareable, no peak fee
A PlayPass punch card (5 or 10 visits) can be used by anyone — friends, family, your own kids. Each redemption is one 2-hour session, with no peak surcharge ever. The pass is valid for 12 months from purchase; unused visits expire at the end of that period and aren't refundable.
Footwear and socks
Sports shoes with socks, or grip socks of any brand, work on the play floor. Some attractions are shoes-off and bare feet aren't allowed, so socks must be worn at all times. Grip socks are S$3.50 at the door or bring your own — every PlayPass comes with 2 free pairs, collected on your first visit.
Tickets are non-refundable & non-transferable
Once booked, tickets and passes are non-refundable, non-transferable and not for resale. Please double-check your date and slot before you pay. Can't make it? Email us before your slot — we'll do our best to help, but a refund isn't guaranteed.
House rules & safety.
A quick read before you book. By purchasing a ticket you agree to these — they keep every session safe and fair for everyone on the floor.
Failure to follow these may lead to removal from the venue without a refund.
- Arrive 15 minutes early so we can check you in and get you on the floor on time.
- Children below 120cm, and all children under 8 regardless of height, must be accompanied and supervised by a ticketed adult (18+) at all times — one adult ticket per accompanying guardian.
- Minors aged 8+ may enter unaccompanied with prior parent/guardian consent and valid contact details; for ages 8 to below 12, the parent or guardian may be required to complete registration and handover at the reception counter.
- Sports shoes with socks or grip socks of any brand — grip socks are S$3.50 at the door or bring your own; some attractions are shoes-off, so socks must be worn at all times.
- Entry is subject to our Terms & Conditions and the Conditions of Entry posted at the venue; every participant also needs a valid Waiver and Indemnity Agreement — adults accept it personally and parents or legal guardians accept for minors, during booking, via the confirmation email link, or at the venue (valid for 12 months).
- Use of all experiences is at your own risk. Please observe the posted limits at each station before you play.
- Guests are responsible for damage caused by misuse of equipment.
- No outside food or drinks. No smoking, alcohol or drugs anywhere on the premises.
