Welcome! We're glad you're here. These house rules are here to keep everyone safe, happy, and ready to play. By entering, you agree to our Terms & Conditions.

1. Come a little early. Arrive 15 minutes before your Session for check-in. Your Session starts at the time on your ticket; late arrival won't extend your play time.

2. Quick paperwork at the door. Online ticket purchases accept our Terms & Conditions at checkout. All guests must complete a waiver form before entry.

3. Kids need a grown-up nearby. Children below 120cm or under 8 years of age must be accompanied and actively supervised at all times by a parent or responsible adult (18+) holding a valid ticket for the same Session. PLAYON is an entertainment and recreational venue and does not provide childcare, custodial care, babysitting, drop-off supervision or individual monitoring services. Our team provides general safety support only.

4. Older kids may check in alone. Children aged 8 to below 18 may enter without an adult only with prior parent/guardian consent and valid contact details. For children aged 8 to below 12, the parent or guardian may be required to complete the registration and handover process personally at the reception counter. The parent/guardian confirms the child is sufficiently mature, can follow instructions and venue rules, can manage personal needs independently, and is physically and medically suitable for the activities.

5. Parents stay reachable. A parent or legal guardian must remain contactable throughout the minor's visit and must arrange for the child to be collected promptly if requested by PLAYON due to illness, injury, misconduct, inability to follow instructions, or any other safety concern.

6. Know your body. Some activities involve VR, motion, or flashing images. Please sit out if you're pregnant, have a heart condition, epilepsy, severe vertigo, or are sensitive to flashing lights. Stop if you feel unwell.

7. Not every activity suits everyone. Attractions may be subject to separate age, height, weight, health, and operational restrictions. Please check the signs before you play.

8. Dress ready to move. Sports shoes with socks are required, or anti-slip grip socks of any brand. Some attractions require removing your shoes. Bare feet are not allowed. Socks are available for purchase.

9. Play safe and play fair. Please follow all signs, staff instructions, and attraction-specific warnings. Use equipment only as intended. Please don't enter if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and note that smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere on the premises. Be respectful and keep photography private — no commercial filming without permission. CCTV is in operation for safety and security.

10. We may need to step in. PLAYON reserves the right to refuse admission, suspend participation, or require the collection of any participant, including minors, whom we reasonably consider unable to participate safely or comply with venue rules. If someone breaches the rules or creates a safety risk, we may ask them to sit out or leave. No refund is given in these cases.

11. Use your ticket correctly. Tickets are valid only for the date and Session shown. They cannot be transferred or resold, and remain the property of PLAYON.

12. Keep an eye on your stuff. Please look after your personal belongings. We're not liable for loss or damage, except where caused by our negligence.

13. Look after the place. You're responsible for the reasonable cost of repairing damage caused by your deliberate or reckless conduct, or by a child under your supervision.

14. Food and drinks stay outside. Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside.
