Birthday party FAQs.

How many guests can you host?
Parties run from 8 to 80 guests. Larger groups can be split across zones with multiple hosts - let us know your headcount and we'll plan around it.
What ages are birthday parties for?
From kids' parties to teen and adult celebrations. We match the experiences and motion intensity to the birthday group's age range.
Is an adult required to accompany children?
Yes. For children's parties, a parent or responsible adult should remain onsite during the event. Our team can advise the best adult-to-child arrangement based on the group's age and size.
What does the dedicated host do?
Your host helps run the party flow, welcomes guests, coordinates room time, guides the group between experiences and keeps the celebration on schedule.
Can we bring our own cake and decorations?
Yes. You may bring your own birthday cake, simple food and decorations for the private party room. Let us know what you're bringing so we can plan setup time and room use.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend enquiring 2-3 weeks ahead, and earlier for weekends, public holidays and school holidays when slots fill fast.
What should guests wear?
Comfortable casual clothing is best. Sports shoes with socks are fine on the activity floor, or grip socks of any brand (bring your own or buy a pair on-site); our team will advise based on your planned activities.
Does everyone need to sign a waiver?
Yes. Every participant needs a valid Waiver and Indemnity Agreement before entering the play areas: each adult accepts it personally, and a parent or legal guardian accepts for each child — the host can't accept it for other adult guests. It's a short read-and-confirm step done online during booking, via the link in the booking confirmation, or at the venue, and stays valid for 12 months.
What happens if some guests arrive late?
Party sessions follow the confirmed time slot, so late arrivals may have less play time. We recommend asking guests to arrive 15 minutes early.
When do you need the final headcount?
Please share your final estimated headcount and guest details about one week before the party so we can prepare the room, host schedule and activity rotation.
When do we need to pay?
Your tailored quote will include the payment schedule and confirmation terms. The party slot is confirmed once the required payment has been completed.
What is the cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Cancellation and rescheduling terms depend on the confirmed package and date. Our team will include the policy clearly in your quote before payment.
