Family celebration FAQs.

How many guests can you host?

Family days run from 8 to 80 guests. Larger groups can be split across zones with multiple hosts - let us know your headcount and we'll plan around it.

Is it suitable for all ages?

Yes - from little ones to grandparents. Your host mixes gentle and high-energy experiences so everyone gets a turn, with a reserved lounge area for those who'd rather watch. Children under 4 enter free with an adult.

Can we bring our own cake and food?

Yes. Outside cakes and food are welcome, and your host will set up the cake table for you. We can also arrange balloons and decorations on request; just mention it in your enquiry.

How far in advance should we book?

We recommend enquiring 2-3 weeks ahead, and earlier for weekends, public holidays and school holidays when slots fill fast.

Is food included?

No - food and drink aren't included and we don't provide catering. You're welcome to bring your own cake and outside food into your private party room, and your host will help you set up.
